About Our Programs
We are a local non-profit soccer club located in Inverness, FL for boys and girls aged 3-17 years old. We provide recreational and competitive level soccer to residents of Citrus County.
Our mission statement is to foster a positive and inclusive environment where youth can develop their soccer and teamwork skills, build lasting friendships, and cultivate a love for the game. We are committed to promoting teamwork, good sportsmanship and personal growth through recreational and competitive play. By emphasizing fun, respect and participation, we aim to create a supportive community that encourages every player to reach their potential both on and off the field.
Our recreational league is a great choice for any player who wants to play at a level that is geared towards practicing, playing games and most importantly HAVING FUN! This program is great for beginners, intermediate players, and even advanced players that want to showcase their skills without the higher level of competition. Our fall recreational season sign-ups start during the summer with the season starting at the end of September through February. This program consists of 1-2 practices per week in the evening with a game on Saturdays. Requirements include shin guards. Soccer cleats and a soccer ball are recommended.
Our competitive program is geared towards a higher level of competitive play with at least 2 practices during the week in the evenings and at least 1 game on Saturday. The competitive program also participates in tournaments that can consist of 2-3 games per weekend with travel time up to 2 hours. The competitive program runs year-round. Competitive tryouts are held in conjunction with Citrus FC in Homosassa. Tryouts have ended for competitive soccer.
